I started reading this book and didn't want to stop. Miralee Ferrell has added another winner to her string of good reads. Along with characters that draw you into their lives and a plot that keeps you reading, you can add her ability to string words together that create pictures in your mind.

Set in beautiful Bridal Veil, Oregon, the author weaves in historical detail that make the reader smell the forest and hear the saw mills.
